Jennette
Green is a
retired United States Marine who has
experience in commercial and residential real estate, as well as property
management. Jennette has been in real estate since 1995, where she worked for
an investor. While doing this work, Jenette learned the ins and outs of
flipping houses and how to go about getting the best return on investment
(ROI). After 8 years, she completed the Associate Broker course and
subsequently received her Broker Associate license in 2004. In 2008, she
received her Employing Broker License. The following year, Jennette founded J
& G Solutions, a construction company, in Aurora, Colorado.
Not
long after that, Jennette and her family moved to the Great State of Texas
where she became active in their new community. On December 17, 2018, Jennette
received her Texas Real Estate license. In May 2019, Jennette earned her
Associate of Applied Science in Real Estate. Recently, she combined her love
for the military and real estate and became a
Military Relocation
Professional (MRP), focusing on giving members of the military tailored
specifically to them and their needs as their Realtor.
Jennette’s
time in the United States Marine Corps lead her to being stationed in Japan for
many years. While there, Jennette fell in love with Japanese culture and
customs. What she learned about Japanese hospitality, she uses in her everyday
life here in Texas, making her home warm and inviting. Jennette has been
married to her husband Rodger, also a retired Marine, for 30 years. In those 30
years of marriage, she and her husband have had the privilege of becoming
loving parents and doting grandparents.
