Capri M. Truvilllion, MBA is an experienced Real Estate Investor, Broker, Professor, and Author. After earning her MBA from Michigan State University, she entered the real estate industry to exercise her business acumen.

Capri’s passion for real estate can be traced back to 1995, when she spent significant time, as an investor, working on building a multi-million-dollar portfolio that encompasses residential and commercial properties. For over 2 decades, Capri has been a noteworthy leader and is now willing to share her knowledge with those that follow. Her commitment to excellence can be seen in the many designations that she has earned such as Certified Probate Specialist, Escrow Officer, Real Estate Professor, Certified Financial Education Instructor, Texas Real Estate Commission Provider/Instructor, Accredited Buyer Representative, Seller Representative Specialist, Military Relocation Specialist, and Short Sale Foreclosure Resource Specialist.

Capri began her career as a real estate broker with Truvillion Realty Group while gaining national recognition from Realogy, the world’s largest real estate franchisor. She established herself as a respected Real Estate Broker by becoming the first African American Female to own an ERA Franchise in the State of Texas. Capri has been recognized by Dallas Business Journal, Rolling Out, Elite News, Eclipse Magazine, and media channels for her sales production, professionalism, and extraordinary commitment to the real estate industry.

Capri has held several roles from mother, wife, to professor, but her latest accomplishment has been establishing Truvillion Real Estate Academy (TREA), a TREC Approved CE Provider, and a Title Agency. Through TREA, Capri creates sustainable courses of excellence that empower realtors to reach their highest potential.
